Bruce James Reinhart, 58, of Randolph, NJ passed away peacefully on Sunday December 17, 2017 at home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle against Sarcoma Cancer. Bruce was born on May 25, 1959 in Plainfield, NJ to the late Donald Hayes Reinhart and Nancy Rudd True. Bruce was always active. He enjoyed competing in obstacle course racing, tennis, running and biking- always supporting those around him. Bruce adored nature and the many beauties it had to offer, whether it was hiking or photography he loved being outside. He worked as the Director of Office Operations and Facilities at Sills Cummis & Gross, and managed to do volunteer work at the Randolph Animal Shelter, Randolph Public Library, and the Mayo Arts Performing Center. His passion in life was his love and devotion to his family.
Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years Lore (Sweeney) Reinhart; two children, Heather Renee Reinhart, and Andrew James Reinhart; two siblings, Sherry (Reinhart) Conner and husband Jimmy, Donald William Reinhart and wife Dabney; mother, Nancy Rudd True and husband Ted; and by many other loving family members and friends. He was predeceased by his father Donald Hayes Reinhart in 1998.
Bruce's Life Celebration will include a memorial visitation on Friday January 12, 2018 from 4PM – 8PM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (908) 879-3090, 15 Furnace Road, Chester, NJ 07930. A Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday January 13, 2018 at 11AM at the First Congregational Church in Chester, NJ. Interment will be held privately by the family.
